GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The SGM8969-1/2 are a family of single and dual

rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifiers, which

are optimized for low voltage, low noise and high

precision operation. These devices can operate from

1.8V to 5.5V single supply, while consuming only

1.1mA quiescent current per amplifier at 5.5V.

● Input Offset Voltage: 240μV (MAX)

● High Gain-Bandwidth Product: 50MHz

● High Slew Rate: 20V/μs

● Settling Time to 0.1% with 2V Step: 500ns

● Overload Recovery Time: 50ns

● Low Noise: 8nV/ Hz at 10kHz

● Gain 10 Stable

The SGM8969-1/2 feature a 240μV maximum input

offset. They exhibit a high gain-bandwidth product of

50MHz and a slew rate of 20V/μs. These specifications

make the operational amplifiers appropriate for various

applications.

● Input Voltage Range: -0.1V to 5.6V with V_S= 5.5V

● Low Power: 1.1mA/Amplifier (TYP) Supply Current

● -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range

● Small Packaging:

The SGM8969-1 is available in a Green SOT-23-5

package. The SGM8969-2 is available in Green SOIC-8

and TDFN-3×3-8L packages. They are specified over

the extended industrial temperature range (-40℃ to

+125℃).
