DESCRIPTION

The SAT101 is a non-isolated switching regulator designed for high reliability and full military point of

load applications. Fully integrated, the SAT101 includes buck controller, inductor, and input capacitors

integrated in a single compact package. The SAT101 operates from an input voltage of +4.0 to +10V

providing step down power conversion to any output voltage from 1.21V to 5.0V. Operating features

include output voltage adjust, output current limit, shutdown, external synchronization and soft start.

Careful design and layout ensure excellent stability, transient response, and low noise operation. Packaged

in a compact 6 Pin Ceramic, lead-less, surface-mount package, the SAT101 is available in fixed and

adjustable configurations.

This regulator will have an operating temperature range of –55^oC to +125^oC and will be available as COTS

or Class H screening levels.
