The RT24A02 se ria l EEPROM ha s a 2,048-bit c a pa c ity, supporting the sta nda rd

I C^TM–bus se ria l inte rfa c e . It is fa bric a te d using RATO’s most a dva nc e d CMOS

te c hnology. It ha s be e n de ve lope d for low powe r a nd low volta ge

a pplic a tions(1.8 V to 5.5V). One of its ma jor fe a ture is a ha rdwa re -ba se d write

prote c tion c irc uit for the e ntire me mory a re a . Ha rdwa re -ba se d write prote c tion is

c ontrolle d by the sta te of the write -prote c t(WP) pin. Using one -pa ge write mode ,

you c a n loa d up to 16 byte s of da ta into the EEPROM in a single write ope ra tion.
