Low Voltage 400mA LDO Regulator

NO. EA-180-090303

The RP106 series are low voltage 400mA voltage regulator. These ICs had been further improved of

low-voltage capability compared with previous low-voltage product. Moreover, the output voltage accuracy also

has achieved ±0.8% (previous products are ±1.0%) and ultra-high accuracy.

Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor-net for voltage setting, and

a current limit circuits for over-current for the destruction prevention by the over-current. Even the output voltage

is set at 1.5V, ON resistance of internal FET is typically 0.55Ω.

Since the packages for these ICs are SOT-23-5, SC-88A, DFN(PLP)1212-6 and 0.69mm²(0.4mm ball pitch)

WLCSP-4-P5(Wafer Level Chip Size Package), therefore high density mounting of the ICs on boards is possible.

in the range of 0.7V to 1.8V is possible.

(Including 1.05V, 1.25V and 1.85V)

Built-in drive for ultra-low ON resistance

ON Resistance·····································································Typ.0.55Ω (V_OUT=1.5V)

Typ.0.8Ω (V_OUT=1.0V)

Typ.1.0Ω (V_OUT=0.8V)
