The PT6640 series is a positive
input to negative output line of
Integrated Switching Regulators
(ISRs). Designed for general purpose
applications, the PT6640 series deliv-
ers a negative output voltage at up
to 24W. The PT6640 is packaged in
a 14-Pin SIP (Single In-line Package)
and is available in a surface-mount
configuration.
