jitter and high frequency oscillator with

networking aꢀꢀlications. The tri-state
function on the NTH enaꢁles the outꢀut
to go high imꢀedance. Device is ꢀack-
aged in a 14 or an 8-ꢀin DIP comꢀatiꢁle
resistance welded, all metal grounded
