The NC7SZ386 is a single threeinput ExclusiveOR Gate from  
onsemi’s UltraHigh Speed Series of TinyLogic. The device is  
fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultrahigh  
speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power
