General Description  
Features  
The MAX1393/MAX1396 micropower, serial-output, 12-  
bit, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) operate with a  
single power supply from +1.5V to +3.6V. These ADCs  
feature automatic shutdown, fast wake-up, and a high-  
speed 3-wire interface. Power consumption is only  
312.5ksps, 12-Bit Successive-Approximation  
Register (SAR) ADCs  
Single True-Differential Analog Input Channel  
with Unipolar-/Bipolar-Select Input (MAX1393)
