POSITIVE OUTPUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR(WITH FOLD-BACK PROTECTION CIRCUIT

DESCRIPTION

Some parametric limits are subject to change.

M6278LXX is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for positive output

3-terminal regulator with maximum load capability of 150mA.

This device integrates drooping fold-back protection circuits for limiting

current when load is shortcircuited and thernal protection circuit.

This series is suitable for a wide range of power supply due to high

precision output voltage, low input/output differential, low output voltage,

low power, and high ripple rejection ratio.
