General Description

Features

The LM98503 is a CCD signal processor for digital cameras. ꢀ +3 Volt single power supply

The processor provides a common interface to a number of ꢀ Low power CMOS design

different image sensors including CCD, CMOS, and CIS. ꢀ 4-Wire serial interface
