PHE450 Series Double Metallized Polypropylene Film
Overview
Applications
The PHE450 Series is a polypropylene dielectric with double
metallizedꢀpolyesterꢀfilmꢀasꢀelectrodes.ꢀTheꢀcapacitorꢀisꢀ
encapsulated in self-extinguishing resin in a box of material
meeting the requirements of UL 94 V–0.
Typical applications include high frequency applications with
highꢀcurrentꢀstressꢀsuchꢀasꢀdeflectionꢀcircuitsꢀinꢀtelevisionsꢀ
and protection circuits in switched mode power supply
(SMPS) and electronic ballasts.

• Rated voltage: 180 – 1,000 VAC
• Capacitance range: 0.00033 – 10 µF
• Lead spacing: 7.5 – 37.5 mm
