Features
The EL7155 high performance pin
• Clocking speeds up to 40MHz
driver with 3-state is suited to many

The 3.5A peak drive capability makes this part an excellent
choice when driving high capacitance loads.

Available in 8-Pin SO and 8-Pin PDIP packages, the EL7155
is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C
temperature range.
