General Description

Key Specifications

BU7250G/BU7253F are low supply current and open

drain output comparators. BU7250SG/BU7253SF have

an expanded operating temperature range. These

features low operating supply voltage of +1.8V to

+5.5V, Low supply current and extremely low input

bias current.
