DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

AM4453 is the P-Channel enhancement mode

power field effect transistors are using trench

DMOS technology. This advanced technology has

been especially tailored to minimize on-state

resistance, provide superior, fast switching

performance. These devices are well suited for high

efficiency fast switching applications.



R_DS(ON)=12mΩ(Typ.)@V_GS=-10V

R_DS(ON)=14mΩ(Typ.)@V_GS=-4.5V

R_DS(ON)=18mΩ(Typ.)@V_GS=-2.5V
