GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The AL1209H is a CMOS 8-bit A/D converter for

• Integral Linearity Error : ±0.5 LSB(typ)

• Maximum Conversion Rate : 200KSPS

• Low Power Consumption : 4mW(typ.)

• Power Supply : 5V Single

of SAR, R_string DAC, 11bit resolution comparator

and output register buffer.

The maximum conversion rate of AL1209H is

200KSPS and supply voltage is 5V single.
