8-to-1-channel input MUX

2.7 V to 5.5 V digital I/Os supply voltage

2.7 V to 5.5 V analog supply voltage

DNL (AVCC = DVCC = 5 V): +/- 0.9 LSB maximum

INL (AVCC = DVCC = 5 V): +/- 1.2 LSB maximum

Very low consumption: Pd = 3.2 mW typical @ 5 V supply

Power-down mode

TSSOP-16

Temperature range: -40 °C to 125 °C
