Test Probe Tips For

060 Series Probes

Model 6475 is a set of two each of the following five probes that fit Pomona probes that use the .054Æ test probe tips.

Individual replacement probe tips are available in packages of 10.

Self-cleaning tip pierces surface coatings or

contamination

Pogo pin helps to hold the test point even if the

probe is moved

FEATURES:

Model 6221 Sharp Stainless-Steel Tip

Rigid stainless-steel tip is hardened for heavy duty

use

Sharp, hardened point will penetrate conformal

coatings and heavy surface contamination

Model 6220 Triple Point Tip

Gold plated pogo pin tip has three sharp points

Sharp point digs into soft metals like solder for

low resistance connections

Self-cleaning tip pierces surface coatings or

contamination

Pogo pin helps to hold the test point even if the

probe is moved

Model 6222 Nickel Plated Brass Tip

Rigid nickel plated brass tip is perfect for precision

measurement

Sharp tip resists wear

This is the best tip for every day use

Model 6219 Triple Point Micro Tip

MATERIALS:

Gold plated pogo pin tip has .018” diameter

Tip with three sharp points

Sharp point digs into soft metals like solder for

low resistance connections

Retractable Tips: Beryllium Copper with Gold Plate

Fixed Tips: 6221 Stainless-Steel, 6222 Brass with Nickel
