• Excellent clamping capability

• Low incremental surge resistance

• Very fast response time

• Devices with V_(BR)> 10 V I_Dare typically less than

Case: Molded plastic body over glass passivated

junction. Epoxy meets UL 94V-0 Flammability rating

• Available in uni-directional polarity only

• Meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020C
