DESCRIPTION
HPF576 series LVPECL output oscillators cover the frequency range
38MHz to 640MHz. The part contains a high 'Q' fundamental crystal
and utilizes a low jitter multiplier circuit. Integrated Phase jitter 0.4ps
typical.
