Hermetically Sealed Metal Cases
Solid tantalum capacitors are designed for auto, industrial and consumer
electronic equipment. Made of precision-molded thermosetting flame-retardant
epoxy resin. Supplied lead taped. Temperature Range: Ð55¡ to +85¡C.
Capacitance Tolerance: ±10%. Leakage Current: Type suffix U, 0.5 µA; type
suffix V, 0.7 to 1 µA; type suffix W, 1.4 to 2 µA; type suffix X, 2.4 to 5 µA.
Dissipation Factor: (A + 25¡C) 6 through 20 WVDC capacitors, 4 to 6%;
25 through 50 WVDC capacitors, 3 to 4%.
Recommended for Industrial, Military, and Commercial Applications

Capacitors Listed Have Capacitance Tolerance of ±10%

derating. Capacitance Tolerance: ±5%. Dielectric Strength: Unit rated up to
800 volts shall withstand a d-c potential of 250% of rated voltage for not more
than 5 seconds. Units rated above 800 volts Ñ 200%.
