cables. Jacket imprinted for flat section identification. Jacket Material:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Color: Black. Primary Material: PVC. Conductors:

Can be mass terminated to broad line of IDC connectors. Provides reduced
crosstalk in balanced drive applications. 28 AWG stranded wire provides
flexibility. 10 color repeat. Insulation Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Color:
10 color repeat with tan common, clear carrier. Conductors: 28 AWG 7 ´
36 (7 ´ 0.127) tinned stranded copper.
Close spacing permits higher signal density. TPE insulation provides excellent
transmission properties at low cost. 30 AWG conductors on 0.025 inch spacing
allows for mass termination. Insulation Material: Thermoplastic Elastomer
(TPE). Color: Gray. Marking: Blue edge. Conductors: 30 AWG (0.254) tinned
solid copper. Also available in 10, 14 and 100 conductors.

Zippable gray flat cable is on 0.05" spacing #1 conductor marked red, 26 AWG,
7 ´ 34 tin stranded copper. Insulation Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Voltage Rating: 300 V. Insulation Resistance: >1 ´ 1010 ohms/10' (3 m). Also
available in 15, 18, 30, 36, 44 and 64 conductors.
Round construction permits easier routing and improved air flow. 28 AWG wire
on 0.05" centers. Jacket Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Voltage Rating:
150 V. Insulation Resistance: >1 ´ 1010 ohms/10' (3 m). Jacket Color: Black.
Also available in 15, 30, 36, 44 and 64 conductors.
The inner 3365 Series gray flat cable has repeating areas of split and unsplit
lengths to accommodate discrete or flat cable terminations. The flat cable is
folded, wrapped with an aluminum/polyester film foil and then enclosed in a
round, tinned copper braid for complete EMI/ESD protection. The outer jacket
is flexible PVC. Combines the flexibility of round cable with the labor/cost
efficiency of flat cable. Also available in 14, 16, 24, 36, 60 and 64 conductors.
