Space Level Schottky Devices

Sensitron's Space Level Schottky family of products offer a direct

replacement for many standard discrete Schottky rectifiers, in a variety of

industry standard hermetic packages. For over 30 years Sensitron has supplied

Military and Space level components. Sensitron's low leakage Schottky process

enables an offering of Space Reliability compliance. All products are assembled

and tested on hi-rel qualified lines at Sensitron's Deer Park, NY facility. Parts

are screened to SS level per MIL-PRF-19500 and Sensitron specification 7700-

4097. Sensitron offers full Space level traceability and serialization. A selection

of common parts is shown below. For further information see Sensitron's
