Features

General Description

4.5V to 18V Input Voltage Range

The uP1715 is a high-efficiency synchronous-rectified

buck converter with internal power switch. With internal

low R_DS(ON)switches, the high-efficiency buck converter

is capable of delivering 2Aoutput current over a wide input

voltage range from 4.5V to 18V. The output voltage is

adjustable from 0.925V to 16V by a voltage divider. Other

features for the buck converter include adjust soft-start,

chip enable, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-

temperature and over-current protections. It is available

in a space saving SOP-8L and PMSOP-8L packages.
