(1) V_IN(MIN)= V_OUT(NOM)+ V_DOor 1.4 V, whichever is greater.

(2) Resistor tolerance is not included. Output accuracy is not tested at this condition: V_OUT= 0.5 V, 2.3 V ≤ V_IN≤ 6.5 V, and

500 mA ≤ I_OUT≤ 3 A, because the power dissipation is out of package limitation.

(3) Dropout voltage is the minimum input to output voltage differential needed to maintain regulation at a specified output

current and measure for V_OUT(NOM)≥ 1.4 V. In the dropout mode, the output voltage V_OUTwill be equal to V_IN– V_DO
