Description

TK70009B

The TK70009S provides substantial reduction in ripple noise while maintaining a low input and output

voltage difference, a silicon monolithic bipolar design.

This filter supplies a stable output current of 200mA, and when the provided.

On/Off function is set to Off, the current at both input and control terminals is extremely low (pico ampere

level). It is ideal for use in mobile communications equipment, as a noise reduction function in mixed

digital and analog circuits and in PCs, barcode readers and other industrial applications.

· Makes it possible to ripple filters with few external parts.

· Wide operating voltage range : Vop=1.8 to 16V.

· Output voltage On/Off control : High on

· Ensures an output current of 200mA.

· Output voltage difference :

Maximum 300mV fixed (variable, also possible)

· Excellent ripple rejection : R.R.=70dB at 1kHz

· Built-in quick charge diode.

· Compact flip chip package : FC-5 (1.33x1.06x0.6mm)

· Lead free.
