Description

TK10203Y

The TK10203Y is a constant current electromagnetic 1.5ch shutter driver IC.

Output current can be adjustment using the RSET function on an external resistor.

Employing a low profile and compact package (HSON3030B-10), this driver can single-handedly drive a

DSC shutter and aperture providing a smaller footprint.

It is ideal for use in shutters and aperture mechanisms in cellular phones with a camera function.

Features

· Built-in 1.5ch bridge.

· Output current can be set.

· Built-in overheating protection circuit.

· Low profile package : HSON3030B-10 (3.0x3.0x0.9mm)

· Lead free.
