T498 Series Automotive Grade MnO₂150°C

Overview

The KEMET T498 Series is a high temperature product

that offers optimum performance characteristics in

applications with operating temperatures up to 150°C.

Advanced materials and testing allow this series to

perform with a reliability level of 0.5%/1,000 hours at

ratedꢀvoltageꢀandꢀtemperature.ꢀThisꢀseriesꢀisꢀclassiﬁedꢀ

as MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) 1 under J STD 020:

unlimitedꢀﬂoorꢀlifeꢀtimeꢀatꢀ≤ꢀ30°C/85%ꢀRH.ꢀTheꢀT498ꢀSeriesꢀisꢀ

availableꢀinꢀﬁveꢀstandardꢀEIAꢀcaseꢀsizesꢀwithꢀRoHSꢀcompliantꢀ

terminations as standard.
