The SM3-8R Timing Module is a

complete system clock module for

Stratum 3 timing applications and

conforms to GR-1244-CORE (Issue

2), GR-253-CORE (Issue 3) and ITU-

T G.812 (Option 3). Applications

include shared port adapters, data

digital cross connects, ADM's,

DSLAM's, multiservice platforms,

switches and routers in TDM, SDH

and SONET environments.
