Schematics

•

J1, J2; Open => used with external distributing gate board for paralleled

IGBTs (CN2 and CN3 only). Closed => used with single IGBT or 2

paralleled IGBTs (CN2, CN3, CN4 e CN5).

•

* for low logic error; close J3.

* for high logic error; build dashed circuit and open J3.

Shield: J4 connects pin 1 of CN1 to GND when closed.

•

SKPC 22/2 normally should be

completed by the customer, but

it can be made available with

parts fitted, on request.
