GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The SGM2211S is a low noise, high PSRR, fast

transient response and low dropout voltage linear

regulator. It provides 500mA output current capability.

The operating input voltage range is from 3.8V to 20V.

● Input Voltage Range: 3.8V to 20V

● Fixed Output of 3.3V

● 500mA Output Current

● Output Voltage Accuracy: ±1% at +25℃

● Low Quiescent Current: 64μA (TYP)

● Low Dropout Voltage:

Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode,

short-circuit current limit and thermal shutdown

protection. The SGM2211S has automatic discharge

function to quickly discharge V_OUTin the disabled status.

400mV (TYP) at 500mA, V_OUT= 3.3V

● Low Noise: 10.5μV_RMSat V_OUT= 3.3V

● High PSRR (V_IN= V_OUT(NOM)+ 1V):

 92dB (TYP) at 1kHz

The SGM2211S is available in a Green SOT-23-5

package. It operates over an operating temperature

range of -40℃ to +125℃.

 76dB (TYP) at 10kHz

 57dB (TYP) at 100kHz

 42dB (TYP) at 1MHz

● With Output Automatic Discharge

● Stable with Small Case Size Ceramic Capacitors

● Shutdown Supply Current: 4μA (TYP)

● Reverse Current Protection when V_OUT> V_IN

● -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range

● Available in a Green SOT-23-5 Package
