GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FEATURES

The SGM2045LC is an ultra-low noise, low V_IN, high

PSRR and low dropout voltage linear regulator. It is

capable of supplying 300mA output current with typical

dropout voltage of only 100mV. The operating input

voltage range is from 1.8V to 5.5V and output voltages

are 1.2V, 1.8V and 2.8V.

● Operating Input Voltage Range: 1.8V to 5.5V

● Fixed Output Voltage Options: 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.8V

● 300mA Output Current

● Output Voltage Accuracy: ±1% at +25℃

● Low Quiescent Current: 15μA (TYP)

● Low Dropout Voltage:

100mV (TYP) at 300mA when V_OUT= 1.8V

● Ultra-Low Noise: 9.5μV_RMS(TYP)

Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode,

short-circuit current limit and thermal shutdown

protection. The SGM2045LC has automatic discharge

function to quickly discharge V_OUTin the disabled status.

● With Output Automatic Discharge

● Stable with Small Case Size Ceramic Capacitors

● Shutdown Supply Current: 0.03μA (TYP)

● -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range

● Available in a Green XTDFN-1×1-4L Package

The SGM2045LC is suitable for applications which

need low noise and fast transient response power

supply, such as power supply of camera module in

smart phone, etc.

The SGM2045LC is available in a Green XTDFN-1×1-4L

package. It operates over an operating temperature

range of -40℃ to +125℃.
