3 DESCRIPTIONS

The RS240 devices are organized as two 4-bit

Power-Supply Range: 1.65V to 5.5V

voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V.

Extended Temperature: -40°C to 125°C

To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or

power down, OE should be tied to V_CCthrough a pullup

resistor, the minimum value of the resistor is determined by

the current-sinking capability of the driver.
