R5104V Series  
Watchdog Timer with VD and VR  
The R5104V Series are CMOS-based system power ICs with a voltage regulator, voltage detector, and watchdog timer integrated in a single chip.  
The R5104V 's input voltage of Max. 36V (absolute maximum rating: Max. 50V) makes it suitable for use in car applications. The voltage regulator  
with an external output transistor is capable of outputting approximately 1A, using the PNP transistor of hFE=100 to 300. R5104V monitors the power  
system of devices equipped with microprocessors and prevents system runaway with a reset signal when a malfunction occurs.
