and relay box?The HWB60-AL Series Hard-Wired Waterproof
Power Distribution Box with AssureLatch™ is a great choice for
protecting accessory circuits and overflow circuits from a main
power distribution module (PDM). This DC power distribution
box is also ideal for use as the main power distribution block in
small vehicles.

Features and Benefits
Accepting MINI® fuses, MINI® circuit breakers, MCASE™ fuses
(adapter required; sold separately), diodes, and ISO 280-style
relays, including 4-pin single-throw relays and 5-pin double-
throw relays, this hard-wired power distribution box allows
you to customize your own circuitry utilizing direct wire-to-
component connections. Terminal position assurance (TPA)
locks offer secondary protection to keep the wires in place.
The HWB60-AL series uses Delphi Metri-Pack 280 tanged
terminals, cable seals, and cavity plugs (not included).
• Holds 30 MINI® fuses or a combination of MINI® fuses,
MINI® circuit breakers, MCASE™ fuses (adapter required; sold
separately), and ISO 280 relays
• Maximum total continuous current rating of 250 A
• Elimination of internal bussing allows the user to customize
the circuitry with direct wire-to-component connections
• IP67/IP69K or IP68/IP69K sealed waterproof power distribution
block stands up to road splash and can be installed nearly
anywhere on the vehicle
• AssureLatch™ positive-sealing latches keep the cover securely
in place while allowing for fast service
The thermoplastic cover and gasket help ensure this dust-tight,
waterproof power distribution box meets IP67 and IP69K or
IP68 and IP69K rating standards, depending on the model.
Plus, the HWB60-AL series features AssureLatch™ positive-
sealing latches that keep the cover securely in place.
• Terminal position assurance (TPA) locks help prevent
disconnection of wires due to vibration and accidental
snagging

• Dovetail features enables expansion with multiple HWB60 or
HWB60-AL units or other compatible interlocking PDMs and
fuse holders
• Available with high-temperature Gore vent that allows pressure
