GENERAL DESCRIPTION
EPROM programmers may be used. The MX27C256
supports intelligent fast programming algorithm which
canresultinprogrammingtimeoflessthantenseconds.
The MX27C256 is a 5V only, 256K-bit, ultraviolet Eras-
ableProgrammableReadOnlyMemory. Itisorganized
as 32K by 8 bits, operates from a single + 5volt supply,
has a static standby mode, and features fast single
address location programming. All programming
signals are TTL levels, requiring a single pulse. For
