temperature grade

The M128S32 is a high reliability 4Mbit fast static ram

housed in high temperature co-fired ceramic.

Access times are 20, 25 or 35ns, with 15 & 17ns in

development. The high reliability 68 CQFP package

has pinout options that meet the same footprint as

the Standard Militarised Drawing.

The device is normally organised as 128Kx32 bits

wide, but can also be configured by the user as

256Kx16 or 512Kx8. Screening options from

Commercial through to Space level can be applied.

User configurable 8 / 16 or 32 bits wide

Upgradeable footprint

JEDEC 68 Gullwing surface mount package

Multiple ground pins for maximum noise
