24-BIT BUS-EXCHANGE SWITCH

FEATURES:

DESCRIPTION:

• Enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc

• Low propagation delay

TheQS316212providesasetof24high-speedCMOSTTL-compatible

bus-exchange switches. The low ON resistance of the QS316212 allows

inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay and

without generating additional ground bounce noise. The device operates

as a 24-bit bus switch or a 12-bit bus exchanger, which provides data

exchangingbetweenthefoursignalportsthroughthedata-select(S0-S2)

terminals.

• TTL-compatible input and output levels

• Undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs

• Available in SSOP and TSSOP packages

The QS316212 is characterized for operation at -40°C to +85°C.

APPLICATIONS:

• Resource sharing

• Crossbar switching

• Hot-docking

• Voltage translation (5V to 3.3V)
