Range

The FCT163344/A/Cis a 1:4address/clockdriverbuiltusingadvanced

dualmetalCMOStechnology. Thishigh-speed,lowpowerdeviceprovides

the abilitytofanouttomemoryarrays. Eightbanks, eachwitha fanoutof

4,and3-state controlprovide efficientaddress distribution. One ormore

banks maybe usedforclockdistribution.

TheFCT163344/A/Chaveseries currentlimitingresistors. Theseoffer

lowgroundbounce,minimalundershootandcontrolledoutputfalltimes,

reducingthe needforexternalseries terminatingresistors.

CMOS power levels (0.4µW typ. static)

Rail-to-Rail output swing for increased noise margin

Low Ground Bounce (0.3V typ.)

Inputs (except I/O) can be driven by 3.3V or 5V components

Available in SSOP, TSSOP and TVSOP Packages

Alarge numberofpowerandgroundpins ensure reducednoise levels.

Allinputs are designedwithhysteresis forimprovednoise margins.

The inputs ofthe FCT163344/A/Ccanbe drivenfromeither3.3Vor5V

device. Thisfeatureallowstheuseofthesedevicesastranslatorsinamixed

3.3V/5Vsupplysystem.
