Two piece 2 mm ´ 2 mm pin and receptacle connector system. Meets IEC61076-4-101 Level 11 requirements and
IE917. UL and CSA approvals pending. Materials. Insulator: 20% GF plastic, color gray. Contacts: Copper alloy. Plating:
50 µ" nickel underplate; 30 µ" gold minimum in the mating area; 100 µ" minimum tin/lead on the terminal area. Current
Rating: 1 A @ 70¡C.

Latching eject mechanism facilitates mating/unmating. Available in straight or
right-angle termination styles. Redundant ribbon contact design provides lower
insertion/withdrawal forces, lower contact resistance, high normal force and high
wear resistance. Contacts are recessed and fully protected on three sides,
minimizing pin deformation. Phosphor bronze contacts plated gold over nickel
on contact area, tin over nickel on terminal area. Contact Resistance: 30 m½.
Current Rating: 0.5 A. Black, glass-filled nylon body, rated UL94V-0. Temperature Range: Ð55¡C to +105¡C.

Connectors
RN PAK-50¨ interconnect system features a redundant ribbon contact that
provides lower insertion/withdrawal forces, lower contact resistance, high
normal forces and high wear resistance. 3-dimensional mating versatility-
horizontal, vertical and parallel. Both male and female contacts are recessed and fully protected on 3 sides, minimizing pin
deformation. Available in 20-100 pin positions. 0.118" long straight and right-angle soldered terminals with retention clip
to eliminate hardware and secure connector during wave soldering. Phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold on contact
area and tin on terminal area over nickel. Contact Resistance: 25 m½ maximum. Current Rating: 0.5 A/contact. Black,
glass-filled nylon housing with flange, rated UL94V-0. Insulation Resistance: 1000 M½ minimum @ 500 VDC.

Post IDC Headers
Four-sided body design provides foolproof socket
polarization and pin protection. Mounting configurations
include headers for straight (vertical) or right angle
(horizontal) applications. MIL-C83503, DIN 41651 and
BT-224 compatible. Allows convenient multiple sourcing.
Phosphor bronze contacts plated with 10 µ" Robexª on
contact area and 100 µ" tin on terminal area over 50 µ" nickel.

Designed for use where space saving is critical, these low profile headers provide
mechanical polarization with full shrouding when mated with socket connectors that
have center polarization tab. Available for straight or right angle applications.
Phosphor bronze contacts plated with 10 µ" Robexª on contact area and 100 µ" tin
on terminal area over 50 µ" nickel. Temperature Range: Ð65¡C to +125¡C. Housed
in black, glass-filled polyester, rated UL94V-O. Tall Length: 0.102" (2.59). All solder
tails are rounded to 0.028" for easy 0.062" thick PCB insertion. UL recognized, CSA
certified.
