Description

Features

The F1478 is a high gain, two-stage RF Amplifier designed to

operate within the 1.8GHz to 5.0GHz frequency range. Using a

single 5V power supply and only 140mA of I_CC, the F1478 provides

30.3dB of Gain and 1.6dB of Noise Figure with up to +35.73dBm

OIP3 and 23.6dBm OP1dB at 3.55GHz.

RF range: 1.8GHz to 5.0GHz

Adjustable OIP3 performance

 +35.7dBm OIP3 at 3.55GHz and 140mA of bias current

 +32.2dBm OIP3 at 3.55GHz and 100mA of bias current

Adjustable OP1dB performance

The F1478 is packaged in a 3 × 3 mm, 16-VFQFPN, with matched

50Ω input and output impedances for ease of integration into the

signal path.

 +23.6dBm OP1dB at 3.55GHz and 140mA of bias current

 +22.8dBm OP1dB at 3.55GHz and 100mA of bias current
