1. General description

The ESDAHDxxUE2 series are designed to protect sensitive

components which are connected to power, data and transmission

lines from overvoltage caused by ESD(electrostatic discharge), CDE

(Cable Discharge Events), and EFT (electrical fast transients).

2. Features and beneﬁts

Peak pulse power 300W @ 8/20μs waveform

Protects one bidirectional line or two unidirectional lines

ESD, IEC 61000-4-2, ±30kV(air), ±30kV(contact)

Low leakage current

Low clamping voltage

Meet MSL level1

Halogen free and RoHS compliant
