Product description

This Infineon ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection device has a bi-directional and symmetric I/V

characteristic and excellent clamping performance.

IEC61000-4-2 (ESD): ±1ꢀ ꢁk (air) / ±1ꢀ ꢁk (contact)

IEC61000-4-4 (EFT): ±2.ꢀ ꢁk / ±ꢀ0 ꢂ (ꢀ/ꢀ0 ns)

IEC61000-4-ꢀ (Surge): ±2 ꢂ (ꢃ/20 μs)

Bi-directional maximum worꢁing voltage: V_WM= ±±.6 k

Line capacitance: C_L= 0.17 pF at f = 10 GHz

Clamping voltage: V_cl= ꢀ.4 k at I_TLP= 16 ꢂ with R_dyn= 0.1ꢃ Ω
