● DESCRIPTION
The E0C63666 is a CMOS 4-bit microcomputer composed of a CMOS 4-bit core CPU, ROM, RAM, LCD driver,
serial interface, multiply-divide circuit, R/F converter and counters. The E0C63666 features high-speed and ultra
low current consumption, this makes it suitable for battery driven portable equipment sach as clocks.
