Engineering Speciﬁcation

Dual strobe shall be a System Sensor SpectrAlert model ________ listed to UL 1638 for ﬁre protective signaling systems. Strobes

shall have an operating temperature between 32°F and 120°F. Strobes shall have the option of being powered over a two or

four wire circuit. When powered over two wires, strobes shall be activated by reversing the circuit’s polarity. When powered

over four wires, the factory installed jumpers must be removed. Strobes shall operate at 24VDC, with a UL range rating of 20

to 30VDC. Actual operating voltage must be between 16 and 33 VDC. Strobes shall be available in a lens color combination of

amber and red and shall have a minimum light output of 75 candela. Strobes shall be UL 1638 listed.
