If a write to a PC Card location is required then step c is replaced with a write.

Writing or Reading Multiple bytes to the same location:

If it is necessary to write or read multiple bytes from a CXD2099AR internal register or from a PC Card

location then it is only required to set the address once (step a in the above examples) and then read or

write to the data register (HA[1:0] = 01 or 11) multiple times. This will save time when accessing data.

3.1.2 Parallel 68K type interface

The CXD2099AR may communicate to a host CPU using the 8-bit parallel host interface.
