1. 適ꢀ用 Scope

当納入仕様書は、マイクロコンピュータ等のクロック発生回路に使用するセラミック発振子

(セラロック^®)について規定します。この用途以外にご使用の場合には事前に当社へご連絡く

ださい。

This product specification is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic resonator used for time base

oscillator in a microcomputer. Please contact us when using this product for any other

applications than described in the above.

: 第1図に示します。テーピング品とバラ品の形状は同一

です。

接着し、金属キャップで蓋をしております。

elements.
