Applications

BD96801QXX-C is an automotive grade configurable PMIC

(Power Management Integrated Circuit) with supporting

Functional Safety features for application processors, SoCs

and FPGAs.

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Instrument Cluster Panel

In-vehicle Infotainment Systems (IVI Systems)

It has a scalable approach of output currents and rails by using

internal MOSFET delivering up to 8 A output or using external

Driver MOS with 40 A output.
