Mini-Latch PVª Housing
For use with dual metal Mini-PV contacts and crimp-to-wire pins. Allows
simultaneous connections of Mini-PV terminated conductors on 0.100" ´
0.100" or 0.100" ´ 0.200" double row, to accommodate Mini-PV receptacles or
crimp-to-wire male pins. Accepts crimp-to-wire Mini-PV range AWG 22-36,
and crimp-to wire pin AWG 22-32. Made of modified polyphenylene oxide
rated UL 94V-1, color Black. Insulation Resistance: 1 ´ 105 M½ minimum.
Temperature Range: Ð40¡C to +105¡C. Withstanding Voltage: 1000 Vrms at
sea level. Latching Force: 6.5 lbs. minimum per position. Optional polarization
plug.
Two-piece design provides low resistance, high pressure, gas-light connection. Mate to 0.025"
round or square pins. 0.125" spacing. Contact has brass body, beryllium copper spring and gold
finish. Current Rating: 5 A continuous depending on wire size. Type 46227 accepts AWG 18 or
20. Type 46237 accepts AWG 22, 24, or 26. Resistance: 4 m½ maximum. Temperature
Range: Ð65¡C to +125¡C. Come with standard spring force, recommended for Maxi-Latch
housing 12 through 56 positions. UL recognized, CSA certified.

Mini-PV Receptacle Shown with Latch Housing
Mate to 0.019 inch and 0.025 inch round or square pins. Dual-metal contact design provides constant retention force after
repeated cycles. These female receptacles have beryllium-copper spring and brass body. Offer superior electrical and
mechanical characteristics. Standard spring force is recommended for use in Mini-Latch housings 40-72 positions. High
spring force for Mini-Latch housings 10-50 positions.
65474 Series. Jumpers feature high density packaging, stackable on 0.100" spacing. Offer single row, two positions per
row. For bussing, programming and switch replacement. Replace conventional printed circuit board switches. Virtually
eliminates accidental de-programming. Mate with 0.025" square and round pins. Dual metal PV contact design provide
excellent retention after repeated cycling. Available in glass-filled thermoplastic polyester housing, color blue. Gold flash
over nickel finish. Insulation Resistance: 1 ´ 105 M½ minimum. Temperature Range: Ð65¡C to +125¡C. Contact has a
brass or cupro nickel body and a beryllium copper spring. Rated at 3 A maximum, with initial resistance of 11 m½
maximum, 15 m½ maximum after tests. UL recognized, CSA certified.
