5-V, Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers

Features

Description

The TPA5561 and TPA5562 devices are single and dual

operational amplifiers. The devices have very low offset

voltage within the operating temperature range by the

zero-drift technology. The offset voltage of the device is

±20 μV maximum within the temprature range from −40°C

to 125°C.

Supply Voltage: 2.7 V to 5.5 V

Offset Voltage Drift: 0.01 μV/°C

Rail-to-Rail Input and Output

Bandwidth: 3.5 MHz

•

The TPA5561 and TPA5562 devices provide rail-to-

rail input and output. The devices have excellent AC

performance with 3.5-MHz bandwidth, 4.7-V/μs slew rate

while drawing 0.5-mA quiescent current per amplifier.

Slew Rate: 4.7 V/μs

Low Noise: 12 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz

Applications

The devices can be used in high-accuracy and high-speed

signal conditions.
