The QS3VH244 HotSwitch is a high bandwidth, 8-bit bus switch. The
QS3VH244 hasverylowONresistance,resultinginunder250pspropagation
delaythroughtheswitch. TheswitchescanbeturnedONunderthecontrol
oftheLVTTL-compatiblexGsignalforbidirectionaldataflowwithnoaddeddelay
orgroundbounce. IntheONstate,theswitchescanpasssignalsupto5V. In
theOFFstate,theswitchesofferveryhighimpedenceattheterminals.
Thecombinationofnear-zeropropagationdelay,highOFFimpedence,and
over-voltage tolerance makes the QS3VH244 ideal for high performance
communicationsapplications.

• Low RON - 4Ω typical
• Flat RON characteristics over operating range
• Rail-to-rail switching 0 - 5V
• Bidirectional dataflow with near-zero delay: no added ground
bounce
